Most tools do the work inside your browser using WebAssembly. The document is never uploaded, so there is nothing for us to store, scan or leak.

Questions people ask

Are my documents uploaded anywhere?+

For every tool marked “runs in your browser” — which is most of them — no. The file is read into memory by the page itself and never sent over the network. You can confirm it by opening your browser's network tab, or by disconnecting from the internet after the page loads and using the tool anyway.

Is there a file size limit?+

There is no limit imposed by us. The practical ceiling is your device's memory, which in a modern browser usually means comfortably into the hundreds of megabytes.

Do I need to install anything?+

No. Everything runs on a normal web page in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on desktop and on phones.

Will the quality of my PDF change?+

Only when you ask it to. Merging, splitting, rotating and reordering rewrite the page structure without touching the content. Compression is the one tool that trades quality for size, and it shows you the result before you download it.
